Our Policies

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Delivery Location

We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong (including Tung Chung, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay). For some remote areas, please contact us to check for special delivery arrangements. We will try our best to meet any requests.

Delivery Charge

Minimum Order Amount: $300 (+$60 delivery charge). Most orders over $600 have free delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Schedule

After order confirmed, We will contact you by WhatsApp / email to arrange the delivery date within 3-5 business days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

When you receive your delivery, we encourage you to firstly check whether it is satisfactory and complete and if everything is fine. If you discover any dissatisfaction with your goods after you have signed for them, then please contact us on the same day of delivery (please either call us on 6565 7682 or email us at myfridgehk@gmail.com). After assessing the situation and dependent on whether the claim is reasonable to us, we may be able to reimburse you, replace the product or offer you cash back on your next purchase, whichever method is most appropriate. It should be noted however that for reimbursements, credit card companies may take up to 5 weeks to recognize the funds in your account. 

 

In case of any disputes, the decision of My Fridge shall be final.

 

In order to assist us with assessing the situation, we would advise that you please: 

1) Keep the product until we arrange for it to be picked up. We will endeavor to have it picked up as soon as possible after you contact us. 

2) If applicable, take a photograph of the problem or defect with the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By access to and use of the site of My Fridge, you agree to these terms. If you are unable to understand or have any questions about these Terms, please contact us. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms before you submit an order to My Fridge. Please note that these Terms are subject to change. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.

Order and Acceptance

Orders are subject to My Fridge’s acceptance and may be refused at My Fridge’s discretion, for example in cases where:

orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;

there is an error on the site relating to the products that you have ordered, i.e. an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the site; or

the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the site.

After My Fridge receives your order, you will receive an email order confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same product. You will receive the final invoice and tentative delivery schedule, which confirmed your order has been accepted. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding My Fridge’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact My Fridge. 

 

Product Availability

My Fridge will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the site, for example, information about prices, description or the availability of products and My Fridge may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. My Fridge will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted. 

 

Website

Images of Products on website are for reference only.  You understand there may be some discrepancies between the actual product you bought and the images in the website.

If there are error in information provided by the website, we reserve the right to amend and cancel all transactions.

 

Customer initiated order cancellations and changes

You cannot make changes to or cancel your order after your order has been processed.

 

Delivery

Minimum Order Amount: $300 (+$60 delivery charge). Most orders over $600 have free delivery. If you can’t be home to accept delivery and we cannot access the building or are refused entry by the building management, your goods will be returned to our office. A delivery fee will have to be paid for redelivery on our next delivery day to your area. 

 

Check Upon Delivery

Please check the contents of your order upon delivery as it's assumed your order has been fulfilled once the invoice has been signed.

Prices

The product price is always the price indicated on the site when you place your order. 

 

Payment

Please make the payment after you receive the invoice. If you're unable to make payment before or upon delivery, we'll drop off the goods with the understanding that payment will be made within 48 hours. Customers with an invoice 30 days or more in arrears or with two outstanding invoices, regardless of the age will not have orders processed until payment has been made.

Returns / Refund

Please check the contents of your order upon delivery as it's assumed your order has been fulfilled once the invoice has been signed. It seldom happened, but in case you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, we will replace the product or refund all or part of your money after an assessment of your complaint has been done. If you have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted please contact us on the same day of delivery.

 

Promo Code

Promo Code must be input during the designated promotion period.  Promo Code is only applicable on www.myfridge.com online shopping.  Promo Code is redeemable in electronic transaction by entering the Promo code during the checkout process of online shopping.  Only one Promo Code can be used in a single transaction.  Each registered account can use the Promo Code once only during the promotion period and the Promo Code cannot be used for any order business purpose in conjunction with other promo code, cash vouchers, shopping coupons, e-Gift Vouchers or discounts, cannot be transferred to the others, exchanged as cash or other offers.  Promo Code cannot be used to settle delivery fee.

Promo Code cannot be exchanged for cash or cash rebate.

In case of any disputes, the decision of My Fridge shall be final.

 

Liability

Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. SSM will not be liable to you under a contract for:

any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill;

any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or

any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either breach of a contract or breach of legal duty of care.

General Terms

The contract for sales will be solely between you and My Fridge and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.

Personal Information

When you create your My Fridge membership account and place an order through the site, you will be providing My Fridge with your personal information. You agree My Fridge will use your personal information to process your order, delivery of the ordered products and other limited purposes. My Fridge’s collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our   Privacy Policy.

Here at My Fridge, we care about our customers and we realize that privacy is a real concern when dealing with sensitive, personal information. There are many ways in which we collect data from our customers, but the important fact is that it is voluntary.  The Information We Need and How We Use It

When you register with us you can select whether you would like to subscribe newsletter for updates, news, and promotions relating to My Fridge. If you would like to receive these notifications you must select the tick box on the registration page. If the box is unchecked you will not receive these notifications. If, in the past, you have chosen to be subscribed and you no longer wish to receive mailings from us please send an email to myfridgehk@gmail.com and we will remove your email address from our records.

When you order, we will require your personal information. Without this information, we will not be able to complete the order. On completion of your order, unless you advise us otherwise we will keep your personal information for next purchase.

Access to customer account information is limited to those who need access for the performance of their job.

We use full login and password controls on our sales control system.

Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect your personal data.

Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site. We believe that this can greatly assist us in providing you with the service that you desire and to enhance your browsing experience.
